As a yoga instructor and personal trainer, I come to you help you reach
your goals.

How we work together
We start with an assessment, discussing your specific intentions
and goals and how to reach them. We’ll evaluate your current level of
fitness and use that as a benchmark for your goal.
Many people start a program with good intentions, but life can get in the
way. This time it’s different. It’s about changing your habits that don’t
work for you rather than just losing those extra
pounds. My goal as your yoga instructor or personal trainer is to help you
make healthy and positive lifestyle changes related to exercise, nutrition and
stress management.
It is about a lifestyle
Why would you want a yoga instructor or personal trainer when you
can go to the gym or a yoga class? I can coach you physically, mentally
and emotionally through the lifestyle changes you are committing to make.
You will receive a customized plan geared toward your goals that will keep
you motivated, using safe and effective ways to exercise, helping with
flexibility, strength, balance (mind and body) and cardio. As your coach,
I can hold you accountable
to your commitment. Remember, making lifestyle changes isn’t about just
getting your foot behind your head or dieting for bikini season; it is
about commitment and sticking to healthy behaviors for a longer, healthier
and happier life. I am on the path. You can
do it too.
